# About this wiki

What blockspace.wiki is, who writes it, and the rules every page follows.

blockspace.wiki is the knowledge hub of Blockspace Holdings: "a place to write all information and documentation about blockspace". It went live on 2026-10-20.

## The rules

- **Invent nothing.** Every page is written from Blockspace Holdings' published documents and records and from the live data of [Blockspace Holdings' node and indexers](https://blockspace.wiki/glossary/blockspace-holdings-node-and-indexers/), and cites them. A claim with no source is not written.
- **Theory is labelled as theory.** Blockspace Value Theory is a living document and an untested thesis. BTP and BYTES are drafts describing things that do not exist. Pages about them carry a notice saying so.
- **Every figure has an "as of".** Live figures are read every hour; a source that cannot be read keeps its last reading and its old "as of".
- **Null is never zero.** Something not measured is "not measured", never 0.
- **One name per thing.** The company is Blockspace Holdings. The product at scribb.it is Scribbit.
- **Corrections are dated,** on the [errata](/errata/) page, and never silently erased.
