The judged assignment of blockspace to tokens, per transaction. The books are that attribution: for each token a transaction had a consequence for, BTI writes an entry in each of the three books. BTI attributes bytes to tokens, never to addresses; the holder side is the [appendix](https://blockspace.wiki/glossary/the-appendix/)'s work.
