# Blockspace Floor Price

In Blockspace Value Theory, the floor price of blockspace tokens, which BVT says is "always below mint cost and always above zero", and is literally the cheapest listing at any moment. The BYTES economics analysis (2026-07-29) proposes retiring the term, because the evidence it examined supports a ceiling at replacement cost but not a floor.
