A malformed runestone, as ord decodes it. BTI's case law records a cenotaph as a protocol event, not garbage: a cenotaph that carries an etching still creates the rune, with no terms and no premine, and the protocol's cenotaph rule burns the runes on its inputs. Case 11 of the BTI case studies is one: INSCRIBERUNES, etched at block 840,101 by a runestone with the flaw `truncated-field`.
