T2, BTI's claims layer, which the Sync page calls the catalogue. Adapters read each protocol's records and write claims: *token X touched transaction Y at these regions*, with labels. Every claim is grounded in a protocol record and owned by a real token. Claims are append-only facts; judgment happens in [the books](https://blockspace.wiki/glossary/the-books/).
