The runestone operation that creates a rune. The rune's id is the etching's position on the chain, block and transaction index (`block:tx`), and its name is an alias. BTI labels an etching `mint`, because it creates the token; the commit that carries the rune's name commitment is an enabler, and its bytes reach Book A.
