Why do some collections say "asserted"?
Their membership comes from a published list, named with its source, not from the chain or a protocol index.
Each collection on block.space names its provenance. "Asserted" means the members come from a published list, named with its source, rather than from the chain (parent and child inscriptions) or a protocol's own index. Many collections have no on-chain parent and enter only this way. The Degent Club list is asserted, and is never merged with a chain group.
