A Counterparty asset attached to a Bitcoin UTXO rather than held by an address. With UTXO support, Counterparty assets can be attached to and detached from UTXOs, and then spent like Ordinals or Runes, from any Bitcoin wallet that tracks sats. That allows single-transaction, trustless swaps between BTC and Counterparty assets.
