T2, BTI's claims layer, which the Sync page calls the catalogue. Adapters read each protocol's records and write claims: token X touched transaction Y at these regions, with labels. Every claim is grounded in a protocol record and owned by a real token. Claims are append-only facts; judgment happens in the books.
