frame and placard

Also: placard, gold frame

The ornamental gold picture frame and the placard reading DEGEN, DEGENT or REGEN that every Degent carries. The club's minting rules require it ("Must be framed and include a placard"), and the Degent mint's automated art review checks it. As a visual design and trade dress it is not licensed (all rights reserved), even where the code that draws it is Apache-2.0.
