loan-to-value

Also: LTV, loan-to-value ratio

The loan amount divided by the value of its collateral: a loan of 0.5 BTC against an asset whose market puts it at 1 BTC has a loan-to-value of 50 %. On blockspace.loans, which is planned and offers no credit, it would be the lender's own choice, made from the asset's market; the site would suggest no ratio.
